The 'OGs'
Prusa Mk3s+ with E3D REVO Upgrade
Our first 3D printer purchase—and still one of the most reliable and indispensable members of our team.
All 32 of our Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ units have been upgraded with E3D Revo quick-swap hotends, allowing us to scale production effortlessly, no matter how ambitious the project.
These machines run 24/7 with minimal maintenance while consistently delivering top-tier quality. They’re our OGs for a reason, and thanks to their upgradability, they’ll continue to be a core part of our workflow for years to come.
Tech Specs:
Max Extruder Temp = 300 Degreese Celsius
Max Bed Temp = 100 Degreese Celsius
Build Volume = 250mm x 210mm x 210mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
Materials:
PLA, PETG, TPU

The 'New Kids'
Prusa Mk4
These are the "big brothers" to the iconic MK3S+—the benchmark printers that put Prusa on the map. Needless to say, this newer iteration does everything its predecessor did and more.
Retaining all the core strengths of the MK3S+, these machines introduce Input Shaping for faster, more precise printing. If there were ever a blueprint for the ideal 3D printer, this would be it.
Yes, they’re still bed-slingers, but they’re whisper-quiet, easy to maintain, and a fantastic addition to our fleet.
Tech Specs:
Max Extruder Temp = 290 Degreese Celsius
Max Bed Temp = 120 Degreese Celsius
Build Volume = 250mm x 210mm x 220mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
Materials:
PLA, PETG, TPU

The 'Sensei'
Prusa Mk4s with Prusa Enclosure
This is the the newest upgrade to the MK4 which now just makes everything better...
For this reason this is our specialty filament production machine.
This machine has incredibly efficient cooling and with the addition of High Flow nozzles it maintains all the top tier print quality at an even faster production rate.
Its a beast - and I daresay before too long this will be the 'go to' printer for our fleet.
Tech Specs:
Max Extruder Temp = 290 Degreese Celsius
Max Bed Temp = 120 Degreese Celsius
Build Volume = 250mm x 210mm x 220mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
Materials:
PLA, PETG, Flex, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, PVB, ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA
(Able to Print with enhanced filaments, Carbon Fibre Infused, Glass Infused etc.)

The 'Big Boi'
Prusa XL 2TH
This is our largest format printer in terms of build volume & currently our only CoreXY from Prusa.
The additional Extruder or 'Tool Head' allows for lightning fast filament changes with minimal wastage.
It is the most efficient Dual colour machine we have at our disposal.
The multi Tool Head on this printer also means we can have dedicated support materials which can make printing large geometrically challenging objects a breeze.
This printer can be upgraded as well which makes it our flagship 3D printer.
Tech Specs:
Max Extruder Temp = 290 Degreese Celsius
Max Bed Temp = 120 Degreese Celsius
Build Volume = 360mm x 360mm x 360mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
Materials:
PLA, PETG, Flex, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, PVB

The 'Mini Panda'
Bambulab A1 Mini + AMS Lite
The smallest build volume in our fleet of FFF/FDM filament 3D printers - yet a true powerhouse.
Despite its compact size, this machine comes equipped with an AMS Lite, allowing it to print in up to four colors and materials, just like its high-end counterparts.
While it has some material limitations, its speed, precision, and reliability make it an essential part of our fleet for smaller projects that demand accuracy and detail.
Tech Specs:
Max Extruder Temp = 300 Degreese Celsius
Max Bed Temp = 80 Degreese Celsius
Build Volume = 180mm x 180mm x 180mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
Materials:
PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA

The 'Panda'
Bambulab A1 + AMS Lite
Nearly identical to the A1 Mini but with a significantly larger build volume - comparable to our Prusa MK3S+ - while maintaining the speed of the MK4/MK4S.
As Bambu Lab’s largest bed-slinger to date, this printer comes equipped with an AMS Lite, enabling multi-material and four-color printing.
With its speed and precision, it’s an invaluable tool for rapid prototyping, especially for client projects that demand multiple colors and aesthetic versatility.
Tech Specs:
Max Extruder Temp = 300 Degreese Celsius
Max Bed Temp = 100 Degreese Celsius
Build Volume = 256mm x 256mm x 256mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
Materials:
PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA

The 'Silver Surfers'
Bambulab X1C (Carbon) + AMS
These are our flagship CoreXY 3D printers from Bambu Lab.
Affectionately dubbed the "Silver Surfers" - and for good reason - their precision and speed make them our go-to machines for rapid prototyping. Whether it’s functional parts or prototypes, they deliver exceptional results with efficiency.
Fully enclosed and equipped with an AMS, these units support up to four different filament colors and types, making them an invaluable asset to our fleet.
Tech Specs:
Max Extruder Temp = 300 Degreese Celsius
Max Bed Temp = 110 Degreese Celsius
Build Volume = 256mm x 256mm x 256mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
Materials:
PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PVA, PET
Ideal for PA, PC, Carbon/ Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer

The 'OG Artisan'
Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K
Our first Resin 3D printer purchase—and still produces incredibly detailed and high quality resin 3D models.
Resin 3D Printers are genrally used when an incredibly highlevel of detail is required for a project.
Whilst the post processing is generally a little more time consuming the part quality and feel is almost as goos as injection moulding.
For this reason we utilise our resin 3D printers for projects that demand high quality and precision fitment.
The abilty to use all types and brands of resin is also incredibly advantageous.
Tech Specs:
Build Volume = 134mm x 75mm x 130mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
XY Resolution = 35um
Materials:
MSLA Resin

The 'Mighty One'
Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K
The big brother to our little Mini 4K.
This printer is utilised when we need to print slightly larger 3D Prints.
Whilst it doesn't quite hit the 32 microns the Sonic Mini 4K gets - at 52 microns the level of detail is more than enough for a range of projects.
This is our go to machine when we need to rapidly prototype high quality parts in larger quantities.
Tech Specs:
Build Volume = 220mm x 125mm x 200mm (Z-axis X-axis Y-axis)
XY Resolution = 52um
Materials:
MSLA Resin
